Proposal Room Terms and Guardrails

Premium Proposal Rooms creates concept-level sales and communication assets for remodeling companies. Proposal Rooms are private hosted links that help homeowners understand a project direction before final design, selections, construction documents, and pricing are complete.

Concept visuals only

Visuals are for discussion, planning, and sales communication. They are not architectural drawings, engineering documents, permit plans, construction documents, surveys, property-line placements, exact measurements, exact material specifications, or a guarantee of final appearance.

Contractor owns scope and pricing

The remodeling contractor supplies and approves final scope language, investment ranges, allowances, exclusions, payment terms, and next-step language before a room is shared with a homeowner. Premium Proposal Rooms does not invent final bids, promise construction accuracy, or guarantee project revenue.

Approval before homeowner use

Contractor sign-off is required before homeowner-facing use. If a room includes homeowner photos, videos, addresses, or project details, the contractor must have permission to submit and use those materials.

Revisions and delivery

Standard rooms include two revision rounds after complete intake. Extra revisions, missing materials, unusually complex scopes, or custom visual requests may affect timing and pricing. Deliverables are provided as private hosted links unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Internal process and tooling

Premium Proposal Rooms retains ownership of its process, templates, systems, workflows, and internal tooling. The contractor owns the client relationship and the approved homeowner-facing proposal content supplied for their project.

No guaranteed outcomes

Proposal Rooms are designed to support clearer sales conversations. They do not guarantee close rates, signed contracts, financing approval, permit approval, code compliance, construction feasibility, or homeowner decisions.
